Dzi\u015b podrzucam przepis na proste danie &#8211;  rodzaj potrawki z fasol\u0105 i boczkiem. Boczek pieczemy w piekarniku nagrzanym do 200 stopni prze oko\u0142o 20 &#8211; 25 minut. Wyjmujemy, pozwalamy mu ostygn\u0105\u0107 i kroimy w drobn\u0105 kostk\u0119.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W malakserze miksujemy na past\u0119 czosnek, natk\u0119 i odrobin\u0119 oleju z orzech\u00f3w w\u0142oskich\/oliwy. Doprawiamy sol\u0105 i pieprzem do smaku. Do ugotowanej fasoli dodajemy pokrojony boczek, past\u0119 z natki i czosnku. Mieszamy wszystko i gotujemy na ma\u0142ym ogniu jeszcze kilka minut. W razie potrzeby doprawiamy sol\u0105 i pieprzem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plasterki szynki lub boczku umieszczamy na blasze wy\u0142o\u017conej papierem do pieczenia. Przykrywamy je kolejnym arkuszem papieru, na wierzchu umieszczamy foremk\u0119 do pieczenia ( dzi\u0119ki temu plasterki mi\u0119sa r\u00f3wnomiernie upiek\u0105 si\u0119 na chrupko ), wk\u0142adamy do piekarnika i pieczemy w 180 stopniach przez oko\u0142o 15 minut. Wyjmujemy i kruszymy lub kroimy na drobne kawa\u0142ki. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gotow\u0105 potrawk\u0119 przek\u0142adamy na talerze, posypujemy chipsami z szynki\/boczku i skrapiamy olejem z orzech\u00f3w w\u0142oskich\/oliw\u0105.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haricots \u00e0 la P\u00e9rigourdine mo\u017cna poda\u0107 z <strong>czerwonymi winami z po\u0142udnia Francji, rioj\u0105, bia\u0142ymi winami z Doliny Rodanu<\/strong>.
