Bogate, kremowe danie z klasycznym sosem beurre blanc, w kt\u00f3rym sk\u0105pany jest kawa\u0142ek soczystej ryby.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sk\u0142adniki ( 2 porcje ):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 filet z dorsza ( najlepiej pol\u0119dwiczka z dorsza, mo\u017cna te\u017c u\u017cy\u0107 innej ryby np. okonia morskiego )<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00f3l, pieprz<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>20g mas\u0142a<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Puree z groszku:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>300g zielonego groszku <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>50g mas\u0142a<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200ml \u015bmietany krem\u00f3wki<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sos beurre blanc:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>100g szalotki<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>100g mas\u0142a<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>300ml wytrawnego bia\u0142ego wina<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>80ml octu winnego<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00f3l, pieprz<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200ml \u015bmietany 32%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Przygotowanie: <\/strong>Dorsza nacieramy sol\u0105 i pieprzem. Sma\u017cymy na patelni na ma\u015ble z dw\u00f3ch stron przez oko\u0142o 2 minuty. Wk\u0142adamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 160 stopni na 4 minuty. \u015amietan\u0119 zagotowujemy. Do gor\u0105cej \u015bmietany wrzucamy mas\u0142o. Gdy si\u0119 roztopi, dodajemy groszek. Gotujemy tylko 5 minut by puree nie straci\u0142o koloru. Doprawiamy sol\u0105, pieprzem, blendujemy i przecieramy przez sito. Szalotki kroimy w pi\u00f3ra i podsma\u017camy na cz\u0119\u015bci mas\u0142a ( oko\u0142o 10 g ). Gdy si\u0119 zeszkl\u0105, dodajemy wino i ocet winny i gotujemy do odparowania alkoholu. Doprawiamy sol\u0105 i pieprzem. Wlewamy \u015bmietan\u0119 i gotujemy, a\u017c zredukuje si\u0119 do po\u0142owy. Dodajemy reszt\u0119 zimnego mas\u0142a. Na dwa talerze wylewamy ciep\u0142y sos, nak\u0142adamy puree z groszku.
