Poprawnie przygotowana o w\u0142a\u015bciwej konsystencji sprawdza si\u0119 zawsze. Plusem jest to, \u017ce poza klasyczn\u0105 receptur\u0105, przepis mo\u017cna modyfikowa\u0107 w zasadzie dowolnie tworz\u0105c jej r\u00f3\u017cne wersje. Dzi\u015b jedna z takich interpretacji, bardzo luksusowa i przede wszystkim pyszna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bor\u00f3wkowa panna cotta<\/strong> z dodatkiem <strong>creme de cassis<\/strong> oraz domow\u0105 konfitur\u0105 z jag\u00f3d i korzennych przypraw to godny deser na zako\u0144czenie dobrego posi\u0142ku. Lekki, a zarazem bogaty, nasycony smakiem le\u015bnych owoc\u00f3w podbitych jeszcze nut\u0105 \u015bwietnego likieru. W sezonie uda\u0142o mi si\u0119 zamrozi\u0107 nieco dorodnych bor\u00f3wek, wi\u0119c teraz z tego korzystam. Panna cott\u0119 dekoruj\u0119 samodzielnie przygotowan\u0105 konfitur\u0105, ale mo\u017cna poda\u0107 j\u0105 bez tego dodatku, cho\u0107 ja nie rezygnowa\u0142bym z tego. Nast\u0119pnie przecieramy przez sitko i dodajemy do \u015bmietanki. Mieszamy do momentu po\u0142\u0105czenia si\u0119 sk\u0142adnik\u00f3w. Gotow\u0105 mas\u0119 przelewamy do 6 plastikowych foremek\/kubeczk\u00f3w i wk\u0142adamy do lod\u00f3wki do czasu, gdy panna cotta st\u0119\u017ceje ( w przypadku u\u017cycia agaru dzieje si\u0119 to do\u015b\u0107 szybko ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deser ostro\u017cnie wyjmujemy z foremek, przek\u0142adamy na talerzyki, dodajemy na wierzch konfitur\u0119 i bor\u00f3wki do dekoracji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bor\u00f3wkow\u0105 panna cott\u0119 zestawi\u0142em do\u015b\u0107 nietypowo, bo z <strong>Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin<\/strong> &#8211; australijskim ginem, w kt\u00f3rym przez osiem tygodni macerowa\u0142y si\u0119 winogrona shiraz. Trunek ma \u015bwietny balans charakterystycznych dla ginu aromat\u00f3w po\u0142\u0105czonych ze s\u0142odycz\u0105 winogron. Bardzo dobrze komponuje si\u0119 z panna cott\u0105, kt\u00f3rej r\u00f3wnie\u017c nie brak podobnych nut, jakie odnajdziemy w samym ginie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponadto, deser mo\u017cna zestawi\u0107 z
