Wyst\u0119puj\u0105 r\u00f3\u017cne wersje dango &#8211; od tradycyjnych, przez kolorowe, barwione r\u00f3\u017cnymi dodatkami, po te wyrabiane z innego rodzaju m\u0105ki, z dodatkami lub bez. \u0141\u0105czy je jednak jedno &#8211; zawsze \u0142adnie si\u0119 prezentuj\u0105 i apetycznie wygl\u0105daj\u0105. S\u0142odko\u015bci te podaje si\u0119 zwykle nabite na bambusowe patyczki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niedawno sam przygotowa\u0142em <strong>Mitarashi Dango<\/strong>, czyli takie pokryte g\u0119stym syropem z sosu sojowego, cukru i skrobi. Robi je si\u0119 niezwykle prosto i szybko. Maj\u0105 fajn\u0105, kleist\u0105 tekstur\u0119, nie s\u0105 zbyt s\u0142odkie i doskonale sprawdzaj\u0105 si\u0119 w roli przek\u0105ski. W razie potrzeby mo\u017cna doda\u0107 odrobin\u0119 wody. Z gotowego ciasta odrywamy po kawa\u0142ku masy i w d\u0142oniach formujemy kuleczki &#8211; mog\u0105 by\u0107 wi\u0119ksze lub mniejsze. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W garnku zagotowujemy wod\u0119. Gdy zacznie wrze\u0107, wrzucamy dango i gotujemy do momentu, a\u017c wyp\u0142yn\u0105 na wierzch. Gdy to si\u0119 stanie, gotujemy jeszcze 1,5-2 minuty. Odcedzamy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W mniejszym garnku umieszczamy sk\u0142adniki sosu: skrobi\u0119, sos sojowy, cukier i wod\u0119. Doprowadzamy do wrzenia mieszaj\u0105c i podgrzewamy przez chwil\u0119.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dango mo\u017cemy nabi\u0107 na patyczki i dodatkowo podrumieni\u0107 na suchej, rozgrzanej patelni. Podajemy polane sosem  mitarashi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mo\u017cemy poda\u0107 z <strong>winem musuj\u0105cym, vouvray, dobrym rose<\/strong>, ale te\u017c np. z prostszym
