Kaw\u0119 odlewamy ( pos\u0142u\u017cy do zrobienia karmelu ), a daktyle miksujemy na pulp\u0119 w robocie kuchennym. Oko\u0142o 100g pulpy daktylowej odk\u0142adamy do przygotowania masy. Orzechy laskowe podpra\u017camy, a nast\u0119pnie miksujemy. Dodajemy je do pulpy daktylowej razem z kakao i olejem kokosowym. Wszystko starannie mieszamy i wylepiamy tym form\u0119 do tarty. Wk\u0142adamy do zamra\u017carki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teraz pora na mas\u0119. Mleczko kokosowe ( najlepiej jego zwart\u0105 cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 ) przek\u0142adamy do garnka. Dodajemy espresso. Podgrzewamy na wolnym ogniu, dodajemy agar, olek kokosowy i doprowadzamy do wrzenia. Zdejmujemy garnek z ognia, dok\u0142adamy od\u0142o\u017cone 100g pulpy daktylowej i ewentualnie troch\u0119 cukru kokosowego. Mas\u0119 przelewamy na zmro\u017cony sp\u00f3d i ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 wk\u0142adamy do lod\u00f3wki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gdy masa st\u0119\u017ceje, przygotowujemy \u015bmietan\u0119 kokosow\u0105. Zwart\u0105 cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 sch\u0142odzonego mleka kokosowego ubijamy z 1 \u0142y\u017ceczk\u0105 cukru kokosowego. \u015amietan\u0119 rozsmarowujemy na tarcie i wk\u0142adamy z powrotem do lod\u00f3wki. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaw\u0119 z namaczania daktyli, 1 \u0142y\u017ck\u0119 mleka kokosowego i cukier kokosowy podgrzewamy w garnuszku na ma\u0142ym ogniu, a\u017c p\u0142yn b\u0119dzie g\u0119stnia\u0142. Mieszamy &#8211;  karmel musi mie\u0107 lepk\u0105 konsystencj\u0119. Tart\u0119 dekorujemy karmelem i posypujemy orzechami  laskowymi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Li\u015bcie szpinaku\/bazylii dok\u0142adnie myjemy i osuszamy. Umieszczamy je na talerzu wy\u0142o\u017conym papierem do pieczenia. Czekolad\u0119 roztapiamy w k\u0105pieli wodnej. Za pomoc\u0105 p\u0119dzelka rozsmarowujemy grub\u0105 warstw\u0119 czekolady na li\u015bciu, a nast\u0119pnie wk\u0142adamy je do zamra\u017carki na oko\u0142o 30 minut. Gdy czekolada dobrze st\u0119\u017ceje, delikatnie odrywamy listki, a czekoladowe li\u015bcie umieszczamy na tarcie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tarta \u015bwietnie smakuje z <strong>fili\u017cank\u0105 dobrej kawy<\/strong>. Jednak r\u00f3wnie dobrze sprawdzi si\u0119 tu np. kieliszek <strong>Vinsanto, Porto Tawny<\/strong>, <strong>Madery Bual,<\/strong> ale te\u017c <strong>Tokaj Aszu<\/strong> lub
