Poza pewnymi klasykami ( np. risotto alla milanese czy cho\u0107by risotto all&#8217;Amarone ), kt\u00f3re w\u0142a\u015bciwie przygotowane s\u0105 zawsze pyszne, nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie, aby tworzy\u0107 nowe receptury.\u00a0 I tak w\u0142a\u015bnie si\u0119 dzieje. Risotto mo\u017cemy przyrz\u0105dzi\u0107 z rozmaitymi dodatkami &#8211; z warzywami, mi\u0119sem, owocami morza, grzybami itd, wytrawne czy na s\u0142odko, te bardziej tradycyjne czy z nieco nowoczesnym akcentem.
