A podr\u00f3\u017cowa\u0107 zdecydowanie warto, o czym chyba przekonywa\u0107 nikogo nie trzeba. Ka\u017cdy z nas wyje\u017cd\u017ca bli\u017cej lub dalej z r\u00f3\u017cnych powod\u00f3w. Motywacje s\u0105 rozmaite, ale jedno jest pewne &#8211; podr\u00f3\u017ce kszta\u0142c\u0105 i to pod wieloma wzgl\u0119dami. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Ja jestem g\u0142odny \u015bwiata &#8211; g\u0142odny nowych miejsc, pi\u0119knych krajobraz\u00f3w, przyrody, innych kultur, ale przede wszystkim jestem godny kulinarno &#8211; winnych do\u015bwiadcze\u0144. Konsystencj\u0105 przypomina nieco past\u0119 curry, a i ostro\u015b\u0107 jest na zbli\u017conym poziomie.  Nduja oryginalnie pochodzi z ma\u0142ego miasteczka Spilinga w prowincji Vibo Valentina, ale obecnie robi j\u0105 si\u0119 w ca\u0142ej Kalabrii. Powstaje z wieprzowych podrob\u00f3w, tanich cz\u0119\u015bci wieprzowiny, \u015bwi\u0144skiej g\u0142owy ze sporym dodatkiem pikantnych tutejszych peperoncino. Ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 jest mielona, umieszczana w os\u0142once ze \u015bwi\u0144skiego \u017co\u0142\u0105dka, w\u0119dzona i suszona.   Nduja di Spilinga posiada status  DOP, wi\u0119c jest to produkt wysokiej jako\u015bci. Jak dla mnie, nduja to wyj\u0105tkowa rzecz i nie mog\u0142em odm\u00f3wi\u0107 sobie przywiezienia do domu cho\u0107 kilku kie\u0142basek. Pami\u0119tajcie, \u017ce jest naprawd\u0119 ostra, co warto mie\u0107 na uwadze stosuj\u0105c ja w kuchni. \u015awietnie zast\u0119puje pikantne chorizo, mo\u017ce stanowi\u0107 ciekaw\u0105 alternatyw\u0119 dla pasty curry, doskonale sprawdza si\u0119 w sosach czy jako dodatek do pizzy.
