Przykrywamy i wk\u0142adamy do lod\u00f3wki na ca\u0142\u0105 noc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Przygotowujemy tuile. M\u0105k\u0119, wod\u0119, olej, barwnik i s\u00f3l mieszamy dok\u0142adnie w misce. Rozgrzewamy nieprzywieraj\u0105c\u0105 patelni\u0119 i wlewamy porcj\u0119 mieszaniny na patelni\u0119. Zmniejszamy nieco ogie\u0144 i czekamy chwil\u0119, a\u017c ciecz odparuje i utworzy nam si\u0119 cienka warstwa tuile. Szpatu\u0142k\u0105 delikatnie przek\u0142adamy je na drug\u0105 stron\u0119 i trzymamy na patelni jeszcze przez chwil\u0119. Zdejmujemy z patelni i odk\u0142adamy na papierowy r\u0119cznik i w ten sam spos\u00f3b przygotowujemy pozosta\u0142e tuile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mango obieramy i blendujemy na g\u0142adko. Agar mieszamy z odrobin\u0105 wody i podgrzewamy, a\u017c si\u0119 rozpu\u015bci. Dodajemy do zmiksowanego mango i raz jeszcze blendujemy. Gotowy mus sch\u0142adzamy w lod\u00f3wce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0141ososia wyjmujemy z marynaty i osuszamy. Nacieramy odrobin\u0105 soli i pieprzu i odk\u0142adamy na chwil\u0119. Piekarnik z funkcj\u0105 grilla rozgrzewamy do temperatury 200 stopni. \u0141ososia pieczemy oko\u0142o 10 minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W tym czasie przygotowujemy kruszonk\u0119 z chorizo.  Na \u0142y\u017cce oliwy podsma\u017camy drobno pokrojone chorizo, a\u017c si\u0119 zarumieni. Dodajemy panko i sma\u017cymy chwil\u0119 do czasu, gdy stanie si\u0119 chrupi\u0105ce. Dorzucamy anchois oraz wlewamy ocet balsamiczny i trzymamy jeszcze chwil\u0119 na ogniu mieszaj\u0105c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na talerzu umieszczamy porcj\u0119 musu z mango. Uk\u0142adamy kawa\u0142ki \u0142ososia i posypujemy kruszonk\u0105 chorizo.
