Cebule, przecier pomidorowy, nerkowce, garam masala, czosnek, chili, kurkum\u0119, s\u00f3l, sok z cytryny i jogurt wk\u0142adamy do robota kuchennego i miksujemy przez minut\u0119 na past\u0119. Na patelni rozgrzewamy \u0142y\u017ck\u0119 oleju i sma\u017cymy past\u0119 przez dwie minuty, a\u017c zacznie uwalnia\u0107 aromaty. Przek\u0142adamy past\u0119 do wolnowara, dodajemy kawa\u0142ki kurczaka po\u0142ow\u0119 posiekanej kolendry\/natki pietruszki, rodzynki i wod\u0119. Dok\u0142adnie mieszamy i ustalamy tryb powolnego gotowania na oko\u0142o 3 godziny. Po tym czasie curry powinno by\u0107 gotowe &#8211; mi\u0119so idealnie ugotowane, a sos g\u0119sty i aromatyczny. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teraz chlebki naan. M\u0105k\u0119 i s\u00f3l wsypujemy do misy robota kuchennego. W miseczce rozdrabniamy dro\u017cd\u017ce z mlekiem i odstawiamy na 15 minut. Do m\u0105ki dodajemy dro\u017cd\u017ce z mlekiem, olej, jogurt, jajko. Wyrabiamy ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 w robocie kuchennym, a\u017c uzyskamy mi\u0119kkie ciasto. Je\u017celi b\u0119dzie zbyt suche, wlewamy odrobin\u0119 letniej wody. Ciasto mo\u017cemy te\u017c wyrobi\u0107 r\u0119cznie. Nast\u0119pnie ciasto wyjmujemy z robota kuchennego i na opr\u00f3szonej m\u0105k\u0105 powierzchni ugniatamy je prze oko\u0142o 10 minut, a\u017c b\u0119dzie g\u0142adkie i jednolite. Wk\u0142adamy do miski i odstawiamy w ciep\u0142e miejsce do wyro\u015bni\u0119cia na godzin\u0119. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piekarnik ( mo\u017ce by\u0107 z funkcj\u0105 grilla ) nagrzewamy do minimum 230 stopni. Ja swoje chlebki piek\u0142em w temperaturze 260 stopni. Ciasto wyjmujemy z miski i dzielimy na 6 r\u00f3wnych cz\u0119\u015bci i formujemy z nich kule. Wa\u0142kujemy je na kszta\u0142t kropli &#8211; 20 cm d\u0142ugo\u015bci i oko\u0142o 12 cm szeroko\u015bci. Naany pieczemy na rozgrzanych w piekarniku blachach przez oko\u0142o 4 minuty, a\u017c wyrosn\u0105 i zrumieni\u0105 si\u0119. Wyjmujemy z piekarnika i smarujemy roztopionym mas\u0142em.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Curry podajemy posypane reszt\u0105 kolendry\/natki z br\u0105zowym ry\u017cem i chlebkiem naan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Przy tym curry mo\u017cemy si\u0119gn\u0105\u0107 np. po <strong>Rieslinga, Torrontes, rose ( w tym musuj\u0105ce), Chenin Blanc lub l\u017cejsz\u0105 czerwon\u0105 Garnach\u0119 czy
