Ciasto musi by\u0107 w ca\u0142o\u015bci rozmro\u017cone, gdy\u017c w przeciwnym razie trudno b\u0119dzie z nim pracowa\u0107 i b\u0119dzie si\u0119 kruszy\u0107. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wszystkie sk\u0142adniki syropu umie\u015bci\u0107 w garnku i doprowadzi\u0107 do wrzenia. Gotowa\u0107 przez minut\u0119, a nast\u0119pnie zdj\u0105\u0107 z ognia i pozostawi\u0107 do ca\u0142kowitego ostygni\u0119cia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orzechy, bu\u0142k\u0119 tart\u0105, cukier, przyprawy wymiesza\u0107 dok\u0142adnie w miseczce. Post\u0119pujemy tak samo z reszt\u0105 ciasta, a\u017c zu\u017cyjemy ca\u0142e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gotowe rolki uk\u0142adamy ciasno w naczyniu do zapiekania, jedna przy drugiej i smarujemy roztopionym mas\u0142em. Pieczemy w 150 stopniach przez oko\u0142o godzin\u0119 ( lub nieco d\u0142u\u017cej ), a\u017c kataifi zarumieni si\u0119 i b\u0119dzie chrupi\u0105ce. Z syropu usuwamy sk\u00f3rk\u0119 pomara\u0144czy oraz lask\u0119 cynamonu i zimnym syropem polewamy wyj\u0119te prosto z piekarnika kataifi &#8211; dok\u0142adnie je nas\u0105czamy. Odstawiamy nasze rolki kataifi na oko\u0142o 20-30 minut, aby dobrze nasi\u0105k\u0142y aromatycznym syropem. Podajemy posypane pistacjami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takie kataifi \u015bwietnie komponuje si\u0119 ze s\u0142odkim <strong>Tokajem Szamorodni<\/strong> (  u mnie <strong>Oremus rocznik 2013<\/strong> ), kt\u00f3re to konkretne wino poda\u0142em do tego deseru. Jednak r\u00f3wnie dobr\u0105 propozycj\u0105 jest np. <strong>s\u0142odki Muscat z p\u00f3\u017anego zbioru<\/strong>, podobne zreszt\u0105 jak <strong>Riesling<\/strong> czy <strong>Gewurztraminer
