Nie wiem jak wy, ale ja szparagi uwielbiam, a ostatnio stworzy\u0142em tak\u017ce kr\u00f3tki przewodnik w kwestii \u0142\u0105czenia wina w\u0142a\u015bnie ze szparagami ( <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.winozesmakiem.net.pl\/?p=7465\">tutaj<\/a><\/strong> ).  Znajdziecie tam kilka propozycji da\u0144, a do tego moje sugestie w zakresie odpowiednich win. Odstawi\u0107 do zamarynowania na 30 minut ( mo\u017cna marynowa\u0107 d\u0142u\u017cej ). Makaron ugotowa\u0107 al dente, odcedzi\u0107 i odstawi\u0107. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Szparagi skrapiamy odrobin\u0105 oliwy i wk\u0142adamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do temperatury 200 stopni na 10 minut. Wyjmujemy. Boczek podsma\u017camy na patelni i odk\u0142adamy na bok. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na patelni roztapiamy \u0142y\u017ck\u0119 mas\u0142a i sma\u017cymy kurczaka na \u015brednim ogniu przez dwie minuty. Wlewamy gor\u0105cy bulion i doprowadzamy ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 do wrzenia. Zmniejszamy ogie\u0144, dodajemy \u015bmietank\u0119 i mieszamy. Dorzucamy pomidory i trzymamy chwil\u0119 wszystko na patelni. Dok\u0142adamy ugotowany makaron i szparagi, dok\u0142adnie mieszamy potraw\u0119 i wyk\u0142adamy na talerze. Posypujemy boczkiem oraz natk\u0105 pietruszki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do takiego kurczaka ze szparagami polecam np. kr\u0105g\u0142e <strong>Marsanne<\/strong> ( to by\u0142 m\u00f3j wyb\u00f3r &#8211;<strong>Leeuwenkuil&nbsp;Marsanne 2016<\/strong> ), ale te\u017c nieco pe\u0142niejszego <strong>Gruner Veltlinera, Rieslinga, jako\u015bciowe Soave Classico,
