Koniec moich win, kt\u00f3re przywioz\u0142em ze sob\u0105 z Portugalii. Butelek by\u0142o ca\u0142kiem sporo, jednak pozosta\u0142y ju\u017c tylko dwie, a zasadzie to ju\u017c jedna, gdy\u017c ostatnio otworzy\u0142em jedn\u0105 z nich. Szkoda, \u017ce si\u0119 ju\u017c sko\u0144czy\u0142y, bo portugalskie wina niezwykle mnie urzek\u0142y. Nie mam na my\u015bli tylko Porto, ale r\u00f3wnie\u017c inne wina, g\u0142\u00f3wnie czerwone, pe\u0142ne, dobrze zbudowane z regionu Douro, z mn\u00f3stwem aromat\u00f3w ciemnych owoc\u00f3w, przypraw, z dodatkiem beczki. Tam na miejscu mo\u017cna znale\u017a\u0107 \u015bwietne wina w niewyg\u00f3rowanych cenach, od bardziej lub mniej znanych producent\u00f3w, czego u nas raczej nie do\u015bwiadczymy. Skoro portugalski zapas win zbli\u017ca si\u0119 ku ko\u0144cowi to nie pozostaje nic innego jak poczyni\u0107 starania, aby go uzupe\u0142ni\u0107 skoro te wina tak bardzo mi odpowiadaj\u0105. Mam wi\u0119c pow\u00f3d, \u017ceby zn\u00f3w odwiedzi\u0107 Portugali\u0119, a w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci Douro i uzupe\u0142ni\u0107 moj\u0105 piwniczk\u0119 o kolejne ciekawe etykiety z tego regionu. Jeszcze nie wiem kiedy to si\u0119 stanie, ale na pewno tam wr\u00f3c\u0119, gdy\u017c zakocha\u0142em si\u0119 w tym miejscu. Douro to prawdziwy kawa\u0142ek raju, przynajmniej dla mnie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Oczywi\u015bcie Portugalia to nie tylko Douro, kraj ten s\u0142ynie z wysokiej jako\u015bci win produkowanych w wielu innych regionach, kt\u00f3re to wina s\u0105 powszechnie doceniane przez wielu ekspert\u00f3w. <strong>Alentejo, Dao, Minho, Bairrada, Beira, Tejo<\/strong> \u2013 to tylko niekt\u00f3re z region\u00f3w, gdzie mo\u017cna znale\u017a\u0107 wybitne wina. Sam mia\u0142em okazj\u0119 pr\u00f3bowa\u0107 kilku z nich, zreszt\u0105 te z Dao i Alentejo przywioz\u0142em te\u017c ze sob\u0105. Ale powracaj\u0105c do tego, o czym chcia\u0142em\u00a0 napisa\u0107, g\u0142\u00f3wnym dzisiejszym bohaterem b\u0119dzie Porto, gdy\u017c to ostatnia z dw\u00f3ch butelek ( pozosta\u0142o jeszcze jedno Porto ) przywiezionych z Portugalii, kt\u00f3r\u0105 ostatnio otworzy\u0142em. Wino ma bursztynow\u0105 sukni\u0119, z akcentami koloru delikatnie p\u0142owego, na kraw\u0119dzi nawet lekko miedzianego. Szata naprawd\u0119 przyci\u0105gaj\u0105ca oko. W nosie jest niezwykle intensywne, z\u0142o\u017cone z mn\u00f3stwem aromat\u00f3w. Doszuka\u0142em si\u0119 suszonych owoc\u00f3w jak morela, \u015bliwka, kandyzowanej sk\u00f3rki pomara\u0144czy, nut owoc\u00f3w tropikalnych, kwiatowych, waniliowych, karmelowo-orzechowych, toffi. W\u0105chaj\u0105c to Porto chce si\u0119 je jak najszybciej spr\u00f3bowa\u0107. W ustach do\u015b\u0107 pe\u0142ne i kr\u0105g\u0142e, ale jednocze\u015bnie \u015bwie\u017ce, suszone owoce po\u0142\u0105czone z orzechowym, delikatnie koniakowym posmakiem. Niska kwasowo\u015b\u0107 i delikatna s\u0142odycz, w sam raz. Dobre, lekko sch\u0142odzone na <strong>aperitif<\/strong>, a tak\u017ce fajnie komponuje si\u0119 w <strong>koktajlach<\/strong> np. z tonikiem i cytryn\u0105.
