Kto pr\u00f3bowa\u0142 prawdziwej, dobrej gianduji ten wie, \u017ce mo\u017cna si\u0119 od niej uzale\u017cni\u0107 \ud83d\ude0a Samodzielnie przygotowan\u0105 past\u0119 wykorzysta\u0142em do przyrz\u0105dzenia mini s\u0142odko\u015bci, obok kt\u00f3rej trudno przej\u015b\u0107 oboj\u0119tnie. Cho\u0107 wielkim \u0142asuchem nie jestem, uwielbiam tego typu s\u0142odycze.  Pr\u00f3\u017cno szuka\u0107 czego\u015b takiego nawet w najlepszej cukierni. Chyba, \u017ce trafimy na tradycyjn\u0105 tury\u0144sk\u0105  pasticceri\u0119 z prawdziwego zdarzenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gianduja w moim dzisiejszym przepisie jest jednym z element\u00f3w deseru, ale chyba tym najwa\u017cniejszym, bo odpowiada za ca\u0142y jego bogaty smak. Nie zast\u0119pujmy gianduji \u017cadnymi podobnymi i gotowymi  kremami. S\u0105 one zwykle du\u017co za s\u0142odkie i nijak si\u0119 maj\u0105 do tej prawdziwej. Przygotowanie jej samodzielnie w domu nie stanowi wielkiego problemu. Wystarczy dobry blender, trzy sk\u0142adniki i gotowe. Dzi\u0119ki temu otrzymamy o niebo lepszy produkt ni\u017c ten ze sklepu no i mamy pe\u0142n\u0105 kontrol\u0119 nad jego sk\u0142adem &#8211; w ko\u0144cu sami go przyrz\u0105dzamy.  Ja dodatkowo do gianduji dodaj\u0119 jeszcze pokruszone orzechy laskowe dla bardziej chrupi\u0105cej tekstury i bogatszego smaku, cho\u0107 oczywi\u015bcie jest to opcjonalne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ten deser to rodzaj czekoladowego, g\u0119stego musu o i\u015bcie rozpustnym smaku, w kt\u00f3rym g\u0142\u00f3wnymi bohaterami s\u0105 czekolada i orzechy laskowe. Pami\u0119tajmy, aby u\u017cy\u0107 ciemnej czekolady jak najlepszej jako\u015bci, bo ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 tylko na tym zyska. Podaj\u0119 go w formie widocznej na zdj\u0119ciach ( u\u017cywaj\u0105c silikonowych foremek ), ale jest to tylko propozycja i mo\u017cesz przygotowa\u0107 go r\u00f3wnie\u017c np. w deserowych szklankach. Wyjmujemy z piekarnika i  i usuwamy sk\u00f3rk\u0119 z orzech\u00f3w.  W blenderze miksujemy 200g orzech\u00f3w ( 50g siekamy no\u017cem i odk\u0142adamy do miseczki ) z cukrem do konsystencji pasty. Czekolad\u0119 roztapiamy w k\u0105pieli wodnej. Studzimy odrobin\u0119. Roztopion\u0105 czekolad\u0119 wraz ze szczypt\u0105 soli dodajemy do pasty z orzech\u00f3w i mieszamy do po\u0142\u0105czenia sk\u0142adnik\u00f3w. Dorzucamy od\u0142o\u017cone 50g posiekanych orzech\u00f3w i raz jeszcze dok\u0142adnie mieszamy. Odstawiamy na bok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W rondelku podgrzewamy 150ml \u015bmietanki i 150ml mleka doprowadzaj\u0105c wolno do wrzenia.  Zdejmujemy z ognia. Ubijamy \u017c\u00f3\u0142tka z 30g cukru, a nast\u0119pnie powoli dodajemy gor\u0105ce mleko ze \u015bmietank\u0105. Ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 z powrotem umieszczamy w rondelku i podgrzewamy na ma\u0142ym ogniu mieszaj\u0105c, a\u017c nieco zg\u0119stnieje. Odstawiamy na chwil\u0119. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100ml \u015bmietanki krem\u00f3wki ubijamy na sztywno. Do ciep\u0142ej mieszanki mleka ze \u015bmietank\u0105 dodajemy gianduj\u0119 i dok\u0142adnie mieszamy.  Nast\u0119pnie powoli dok\u0142adamy ubit\u0105 krem\u00f3wk\u0119 i za ka\u017cdym razem starannie mieszamy mas\u0119. Przek\u0142adamy do foremek i umieszczamy w lod\u00f3wce na kilka godzin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">80ml krem\u00f3wki ubijamy na sztywno z dodatkiem espresso. Porcje deseru wyjmujemy z foremek, dekorujemy \u015bmietank\u0105 aromatyzowan\u0105 espresso, kawa\u0142kami orzech\u00f3w laskowych i kandyzowan\u0105 sk\u00f3rk\u0105 pomara\u0144czy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podajemy z <strong>fili\u017cank\u0105 dobrej kawy lub kieliszkiem porto tawny, vinsanto, mader\u0105, muscatem likierowym, tokajem aszu b\u0105d\u017a
