Proste w przygotowaniu danko pi\u0119knie si\u0119 prezentuje i z pewno\u015bci\u0105 zrobi wra\u017cenie na go\u015bciach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vol-au-vent mo\u017cna przygotowa\u0107 z r\u00f3\u017cnym farszem zar\u00f3wno na wytrawnie, jak i na s\u0142odko. Zdecydowanie cz\u0119\u015bciej wyst\u0119puje w formie wytrawnej i jeden z takich przepis\u00f3w w\u0142a\u015bnie dzi\u015b. Je\u017celi dysponujemy gotowym ciastem francuskim, to jego przygotowanie nie zajmie nam du\u017co czasu. Vol-au-vent przyrz\u0105dza si\u0119  poprzez na\u0142o\u017cenie na siebie kilku warstw ( kr\u0105\u017ck\u00f3w ) ciasta. Pierwszy kr\u0105\u017cek jest okr\u0105g\u0142y, a kolejne maj\u0105 dodatkowo wyci\u0119ty otw\u00f3r wewn\u0105trz. Dzi\u0119ki temu podczas pieczenia powstanie miejsce na nasze nadzienie. Ja postawi\u0142em na nieco luksusow\u0105 wersj\u0119 &#8211; moje kieszonki wype\u0142ni\u0142em krewetkami, a do tego  sos na bazie szampana i \u015bmietanki. Plus sok i sk\u00f3rka cytryny dla \u015bwie\u017co\u015bci. Przystawka niczym z dobrej restauracji gotowa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sk\u0142adniki ( oko\u0142o 5-6 porcji ):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2 opakowania ciasta francuskiego (mo\u017cna oczywi\u015bcie przygotowa\u0107 je samodzielnie)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2 jajka, rozbe\u0142tane<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>300g surowych krewetek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>250ml szampana lub innego wina musuj\u0105cego dobrej jako\u015bci<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>150ml \u015bmietanki krem\u00f3wki<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>sk\u00f3rka i sok z 1 du\u017cej cytryny<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ma\u0142y p\u0119czek koperku, posiekany<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>s\u00f3l, pieprz do smaku<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Przygotowanie:<\/strong> Ciasto francuskie wyj\u0105\u0107 z opakowania i lekko rozwa\u0142kowa\u0107 na opr\u00f3szonej m\u0105k\u0105 powierzchni. Z ciasta wyci\u0105\u0107 tyle okr\u0119g\u00f3w o \u015brednicy min. 8-10cm, ile si\u0119 da. W zale\u017cno\u015bci od tego, ile porcji vol-au-vent potrzebujemy, od\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 potrzebn\u0105 ilo\u015b\u0107 okr\u0119g\u00f3w na blasze wy\u0142o\u017conej papierem do pieczenia.  Z pozosta\u0142ych kr\u0105\u017ck\u00f3w ringiem o mniejszej \u015brednicy wyci\u0105\u0107 ich wn\u0119trza tworz\u0105c w ten spos\u00f3b pier\u015bcienie z otworami. Zar\u00f3wno kr\u0119gi stanowi\u0105ce podstaw\u0119, jak i te z otworami smarujemy rozbe\u0142tanym jajkiem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kr\u0105\u017cki ciasta z otworami umieszczamy na tych bez otwor\u00f3w &#8211; po dwa na ka\u017cdy okr\u0105g stanowi\u0105cy podstaw\u0119 ( im wi\u0119cej ich umie\u015bcimy, tym wy\u017csz\u0105 kieszonk\u0119 otrzymamy ). Widelcem nak\u0142uwamy jedynie kr\u0105\u017cek b\u0119d\u0105cy podstaw\u0105 vol-au-vent. Wk\u0142adamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 200 stopni na oko\u0142o 20 minut, a\u017c ciasto uro\u015bnie i zarumieni si\u0119.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W tym czasie przygotowujemy nadzienie.  W rondelku umieszczamy szampana i podgrzewamy, a\u017c zredukuje si\u0119 o po\u0142ow\u0119. Dodajemy \u015bmietank\u0119, s\u00f3l, pieprz do smaku i gotujemy chwil\u0119, a\u017c sos nieco zg\u0119stnieje. Dodajemy sok i po\u0142ow\u0119 sk\u00f3rki otartej z cytryny. Wrzucamy posiekany koperek. Krewetki podsma\u017camy kr\u00f3tko na patelni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vol-au-vent k\u0142adziemy na talerzu. W \u015brodku umieszczamy krewetki i wlewamy sos.
