Mo\u017cna jednak nieco skr\u00f3ci\u0107 ca\u0142y ten proces i uzyska\u0107 urok orygina\u0142u wprowadzaj\u0105c pewne modyfikacje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bouillabaisse<\/strong> to bez w\u0105tpienia wspania\u0142e danie z r\u00f3\u017cnego rodzaju ryb i owoc\u00f3w morza. Oczywi\u015bcie, wyst\u0119puj\u0105 rozmaite jej wersje &#8211;  z wykorzystaniem samych ryb lub tylko owoc\u00f3w morza, b\u0105d\u017a te\u017c jednych i drugich. W mojej szybkiej  bouillabaisse postawi\u0142em jedynie na krewetki. Poza tym, zmieni\u0142em troch\u0119 klasyczny przepis tak, by by\u0142o jak najpro\u015bciej. Najwa\u017cniejsz\u0105 modyfikacj\u0105 jest u\u017cycie przeze mnie uprzednio przygotowanego wywaru warzywnego zamiast tego rybnego. Nie oznacza to, \u017ce ta ekspresowa zupa nie nawi\u0105zuje do orygina\u0142u &#8211; wr\u0119cz przeciwnie. Wla\u0107 wino, deglasowa\u0107 garnek i odparowa\u0107 nieco p\u0142ynu. Wla\u0107 wywar, doprawi\u0107 do smaku sol\u0105 i pieprzem, wolno gotowa\u0107, a\u017c p\u0142yn odparuje w jednej czwartej. Powinno to zaj\u0105\u0107 kilka minut. Przecedzi\u0107 przez sito, wla\u0107 zup\u0119 do du\u017cej miski i odstawi\u0107. Skorupki krewetek nie b\u0119d\u0105 ju\u017c potrzebne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garnek rozgrza\u0107 na \u015brednim ogniu. Wla\u0107 troch\u0119 oliwy i wrzuci\u0107 fenku\u0142, cebul\u0119, marchew, seler, papryk\u0119 w proszku oraz szczypt\u0119 szafranu namoczonego w odrobinie wrz\u0105tku. Doprawi\u0107 sol\u0105 i pieprzem, sma\u017cy\u0107, a\u017c warzywa zmi\u0119kn\u0105, oko\u0142o 4 minut. Wla\u0107 przecedzony bulion, w\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 krewetki i groszek, trzyma\u0107 na wolnym ogniu, a\u017c krewetki b\u0119d\u0105 ugotowane, oko\u0142o 3 minut. Doda\u0107 jogurt, roztrzepa\u0107, ewentualnie na koniec doprawi\u0107 do smaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W ma\u0142ej misce rozetrze\u0107 mas\u0142o z czosnkiem. Doprawi\u0107 sol\u0105 i pieprzem, wymiesza\u0107 i posmarowa\u0107 kromki bagietki po jednej stronie. U\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 je na blasze i podpiec w piekarniku nagrzanym do 180 stopni przez 2-3 minuty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bouillabaisse rozla\u0107 do g\u0142\u0119bszych
