Syc\u0105cy, bogaty i pe\u0142en smaku <strong>powoli gotowany ry\u017c z trzema rodzajami mi\u0119sa<\/strong> \u015bmia\u0142o mo\u017cna nazwa\u0107 jedzeniem typu comfort food. Warto po\u015bwieci\u0107 czas na jego przygotowanie, bo efekt ko\u0144cowy absolutnie na to zas\u0142uguje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do tej potrawy u\u017cywam ry\u017cu do risotto, kt\u00f3ry ch\u0142onie ca\u0142y aromat reszty sk\u0142adnik\u00f3w, a danie otrzymuje przy tym bardzo g\u0119st\u0105 konsystencj\u0119. Bogactwa dodaj\u0105 r\u00f3wnie\u017c wieprzowina, boczek i pikantna kie\u0142baska, kt\u00f3re razem z ry\u017cem gotuj\u0105 si\u0119 kilka godzin. W du\u017cym garnku rozgrzewamy troch\u0119 oliwy. Wrzucamy mielon\u0105 wieprzowin\u0119, boczek, kie\u0142bask\u0119, cebul\u0119 i sma\u017cymy na \u015brednim ogniu oko\u0142o 5 minut mieszaj\u0105c.  Wlewamy wino i sma\u017cymy jeszcze 3 minuty.  Dodajemy ry\u017c, bulion, passat\u0119, szafran, wszystkie przyprawy do smaku oraz parmezan i ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 dok\u0142adnie mieszamy.  Je\u017celi korzystamy z wolnowaru, to przek\u0142adamy zawarto\u015b\u0107 garnka do naszego urz\u0105dzenia i gotujemy wszystko 6-8 godzin. W razie potrzeby dolewamy wi\u0119cej wywaru i doprawiamy do smaku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je\u017celi potraw\u0119 gotujemy w garnku, to przykrywamy go pokrywk\u0105 i trzymamy ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 na wolnym ogniu oko\u0142o 4-5 godzin ( mieszamy od czasu do czasu, aby zawarto\u015b\u0107 garnka nie przywar\u0142a do dna &#8211; w razie konieczno\u015bci dolewamy wi\u0119cej wywaru ). Gotow\u0105 potraw\u0119 posypujemy odrobin\u0105 parmezanu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Takiego danie mo\u017cna zestawi\u0107 np. z  <strong>pe\u0142niejszym malbeckiem, czerwonymi winami z po\u0142udnia Francji  ( Dolina Rodanu, Langwedocja ). <\/strong>Mo\u017cna te\u017c si\u0119gn\u0105\u0107 po<strong> kekfrankosa, rioj\u0119 reserv\u0119, czerwone Douro, pe\u0142niejsze
